Terms of Service (public offer)

Seller: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Shevchenko Yaroslav Tarasovych, trading as Heldig Lab, Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: yaroslav@heldiglab.com.

1. Service

ProfileFix uses AI to draft text suggestions for your own dating-app profile: rewritten prompt answers, prompts to swap in, a short bio and openers, built from your screenshots or pasted prompts and the facts you enter. You decide what to post; we never log in to your account, post anything or contact anyone. We do not guarantee matches, dates or any other outcome. Prompts to swap in come from our sourced list of each app's prompts, checked on the date shown in your result; apps change their prompts without notice. ProfileFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hinge, Bumble, Tinder or their owners; their names are used only to describe which profiles the service works with. A free preview is shown before you pay; the full result is unlocked after payment.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($14.99, one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by monobank (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result appears on your private order page, usually within a few minutes after payment, and we email you the link.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Upload screenshots and facts about your own profile only, and crop out chats, other people's profiles and photos of anyone else. Don't use the service to write a profile for someone else without their permission, or to impersonate anyone. You are responsible for what you post and for following each dating app's own rules: check that every line is true before you post it.

5. Refunds

If the full result isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of payment and we will redo it once for free or, if you prefer, refund you in full. If your result is not delivered within 24 hours or does not work, we fix it or refund you in full. Refunds are made by hand by the seller (Heldig Lab) to the card you paid with, usually within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not enter or upload anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any order and refund it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
