Questions
Are you part of Hinge, Bumble or Tinder?
No. ProfileFix is an independent tool made by Heldig Lab. We have no connection to, sponsorship from or endorsement by Hinge, Bumble or Tinder. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to say which profiles we work with.
Do you log in to my account or contact anyone?
No. We never ask for your login and never post, like, message or contact anyone. You copy the text into the app yourself.
What happens to my screenshots?
We use them only to read your prompts and answers. They are sent to Google's Gemini model on Google Cloud to do that. We delete them 30 days after upload. They are never published, sold or used for anything else.
My screenshots show other people. Is that OK?
Please crop them to your own profile before uploading. Don't include chats, other people's profiles or photos of anyone else. If another person's name still gets through, we tell the AI to ignore it, and our checks reject any result that mentions it.
Is this written by AI?
Yes. Google Gemini drafts the text from your screenshots and facts. Our code then checks every line. It rejects anything over the length limit, any made-up prompt names, clichés, numbers you didn't give us, and anything explicit or insulting. Read it and change anything that doesn't sound like you before you post.
Will this get me more matches?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. What we do promise is specific answers built from true things about you, so people have something real to reply to.
Which prompts do you suggest swapping in?
We only suggest prompts from our own list of each app's prompts. Every entry has a source and the date we checked it (last checked October 18, 2026). Apps change their lists, so if a suggested prompt isn't in your app, keep the answer and pick the closest prompt.
How long are the answers?
Every Hinge answer is 150 characters or less and every Bumble answer is 120 or less. Each bio line is 75 characters or less.
How much is it?
$14.99, once. No subscription and no account. You see one rewritten prompt before you pay.
What if I don't like the result?
Email yaroslav@heldiglab.com within 14 days of paying. We'll redo it once for free, or refund the $14.99 in full if you prefer. Refunds are made by hand by Heldig Lab to the card you paid with, usually within 5 business days.
Who can use it?
Adults 18 and over, for their own profile only.
